In the second part of IELTS Speaking, the examiner gives you a card with a topic, for example:

You should say:

What can you buy there
What is it famous for
and explain how you feel when you visit there.
IELTS Speaking Part 3 consists of general questions on the topic that you had in the card from the second part.
In the second part of IELTS Speaking, the examiner gives you a card with a topic and subtopics for you to talk about for 1-2 minutes.
